September would be perfect. I love Lebua in BKK, it has some spectacular views. But before that I will go back to the Phillipines a few times probably :) How about the local places in the Philippines? You like Cebu?
Cebu has a lot of nice beaches, good food and lovely ladies ;) But Bohol has more beautiful beaches! It's an hour away by ferry, I think. I've been to Cebu and Bohol only once, more than 10 years ago. You should visit these places next time you come here. Don't come during monsoon season though.
Did you spend your vacation in Quezon City? Looking at the map, the hotel is 4 to 5 kms away from where I live.
